At Zaya, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Note: Returns or exchanges for size-related issues are accepted only once per order.

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.


4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Go to My Orders on the Zaya website and select the item you wish to return.
  2. Fill in the return/exchange form and mention the reason.
  3. Our support team will review your request and share return instructions.
  4. Once approved, our logistics partner will pick up the item from your address.

Please ensure the item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please share unboxing photos or videos within 24 hours of delivery at info@zaya.co.in. We’ll arrange a free replacement promptly.
