Note: Returns or exchanges for size-related issues are accepted only once per order.
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Please ensure the item is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please share unboxing photos or videos within 24 hours of delivery at info@zaya.co.in. We’ll arrange a free replacement promptly.
