We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India via trusted delivery partners. International shipping is not available at this time.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct. Zaya will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate address details.


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or lost, contact us at info@zaya.co.in or call +91-8240805881. We’ll coordinate with our courier partner and, if necessary, issue a full refund or replacement.


8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a tampered or damaged package, please do not accept it. Contact us immediately with your order details and package photos at info@zaya.co.in.
